Agua, no mas!
I remember washing myself with a bucket of water from a well while staying in Honduras. That was in a small town. I can only imagine the grave inconvenience and unacceptable conditions that stem from no water in an urban city due to a drought.

I also had to bathe outside using water we had collected in pails, when PR was hit by a hurraine many years ago. To think that many are going without water in Mexico City, for even longer than the week I endured, is incredible for some to fanthom in the US and a plight that should be brought to their attention. Thank you for the post.
