Howard Dean
Howard Dean is a man of ideas. Or at least he has people of ideas on his side. Here is another 1st that he is doing:
Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean intends to secure his place in history whether he's his party's nominee or not by campaigning his way into the Guinness Book of World Records on Monday.
The former Vermont governor believes his national "Dr. Dean's House Call'' will be the largest conference call in history, linking as many as 1,500 local fundraisers from coast to coast for a live speech and question-and-answer session at 5 p.m. PST. ...
Now along with the "Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride," and now his House Call (see above), there is a big plus for uniqueness and creativity. This is a man thinking out the box!
Being that he may be the most likely candidate for president that will grab the minority vote (especially latino/asian), I wonder how other racial groups view Dean's style. He has the people and the homeland as his first priority. But, we will see how his foreign policy unravels as time goes forward. This is a man to watch. I will be watching tomorrow on Face the Nation. If I like, then on Oct. 4th.
Take my survey.
