So if you fire someone and then didn't succeed in something, and the person who did succeed goes and hires that very person you fired, is that saying your a dumbass???

We get it." She said it was a "calculated decision" by the Obama team to "send a message that she [Clinton] is not being considered for the ticket."

Other Clinton insiders also seethed. "Who can blame Obama for rewarding Patti? He would never be the nominee without her," one person who has worked for both Clintons and remains close to them said. The sentiment reflected what another person in the immediate Clinton orbit described as "shock" that Obama would send such a strong signal that he is not considering Clinton as his runningmate so soon.

Why does VDARE.com have on their front page 5 top entries for 2007 about Obama?*  "Looking through our archives, we see that it was an…interesting year. It was the year of Obama..."

Most of the article from 2007 have to do with immigration and the border.  So why Obama first?  They would have a heart-attack if a black man became president, that is why.

Why a few lines down they glorify an article that demoralizes people:  Imus Or Rap? The Culture of "Bitches, Hos, and Niggas."

And, why "at the moment, immigration means immigration from Mexico."   The last time I checked, it did not.

Every single article that I look at states that the illegal immigrant is nothing but a harbinger of bad news.  Why the demonization?  There must be one...one immigrant who they can find and report that is doing something good.  But, no - that would be counterproductive to their purpose and that is to keep Mexicans out of America (and a black man out of the presidency).


*This was posted out of reaction to an article "Internet Wars: Immigration Debate Goes Online," and the batty comments which I responded to over at the article.

If this title of this operation isn't proof that there are racial tendencies in the Department Of Homeland Security, I don't know what is...oh, well dressing up as a dark-skinned, dreadlock convict would do too. 

If they were Puerto Rican, they might of called this Operation Arroz con Pollo, or if they were Black, then operation Collard Greens.  Terms such as 'Operation Tamale' and 'Operation Wetback' is derragatory; I am surprised there isn't much mention of this problem within DHS.

Dr. Jeckel-Bill says:  Cut the National Nuclear Security Administration budget nationally by 53%
Dr. Hyde-Bill says:  Don't cut New Mexico's National Nuclear Security Administration budget by 3.2%

Dr. Jeckel-Bill says:  Cutting NNSA "will enhance our credibility as we lead global negotiations to reduce the number of nuclear weapons."
Dr. Hyde-Bill says:  Cutting NNSA "would signify cuts to these most important national security resources."

Them are some pretty confounding hats Bill Richardson has to switch back and forth.  I'm impressed.  Maybe he's a good politician after all.  All joking aside, in each situation he is doing the right thing.
